Worship circle sessions
“Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.” (Psalm 96:1)

Worship Circle sessions is our worship community at BICF. It grew out of our worship choir weekends, which started back in 2016, and has developed into a place where we worship, grow, prepare and serve together.
Who is it for?
Worship Circle is for:
- Singers and musicians
- Beginners who want to grow
- Experienced musicians who want to serve
- Anyone with heart for worship
You do not have to be perfect. You need a willing heart and desire to worship God and serve the church.
What do we do?
Worship Circle is a place where we worship, grow, prepare and serve together.
Depending on the season and the events we are preparing for, our gatherings may include:
- Worship and prayer together
- Choir and vocal rehearsals — learning harmonies, blending voices and growing together as singers
- Band rehearsals — working on arrangements, dynamics, song structure and transitions
- Preparing for special events — such as Christmas, Easter, Worship Circle events and special Sundays
- Growing in musical skills and teamwork
- Encouraging one another spiritually and building our worship community
Not every gathering looks the same. Some are focused on preparation and rehearsal, while others give us more space to simply worship, connect and enjoy being together.
How do we work?
Worship Circle sessions is an open community, but when we prepare for a specific event, we form a Serving Team of people who are able to commit to that event and its preparation.
- We meet regularly during the preparation season, usually every other week and sometimes on weekends, depending on the rehearsal schedule for the current event.
- We communicate through our private WhatsApp group, where we share important updates and stay connected as a team.
- For each event, we create a Serving Team. By joining the team, we commit to preparing and serving together for that particular event.
- We share materials in advance — such as harmony recordings, chords, lyrics and other resources — so everyone can prepare at home and we can use our rehearsal time well.
We also care about unity, good sound and the practical side of serving, including arrangements, teamwork and stage setup.
Our goal is not to become a professional or closed group. We want to create a healthy and sustainable way to prepare, while keeping Worship Circle open to new people who want to join, grow and serve.
Worship is not only about singing or playing — it is about serving God, one another and our church well together.
What is our goal?
Our main goal is simple:
To worship God together and help lead our church into worship.
We want to be a community where people from different cultures, backgrounds and levels of musical experience can use their gifts, grow and serve together.
We want to grow not only in music, but also in faith, humility, teamwork and a servant heart. Good preparation and clear communication help us serve well, but musical perfection is never our goal.
We want Worship Circle to remain a place where new people are welcome — a place to connect, learn, grow and discover how you can use your gifts to serve God and our church.
If you are interested in joining us, please contact Martin or Sarah. We would love to meet you!

Our Mission
The mission of BICF is to honor God by helping people grow deeper in their spiritual walk, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, and equipping people to serve the community.
Our Goal
The goal of BICF is that we would together grow in humbly following our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We do that through times of worship, learning, in fellowship, by investing in our children, by caring for one another, and by reaching out with God’s grace and hope.
